Assam Combines Entrance Exam is conducted by the Assam Science and Technology University. This exam is meant for those who are aspiring to pursue a Bachelor’s course in various engineering colleges of Assam state.

Assam Combines Entrance Examination Eligibility 2019
The eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by the candidate in order to make sure he writes the examination are as follows
- The interested candidate must be an Indian citizen and also a permanent resident of the state
- In order to get admission in B.Tech or B.E. course, the candidates are expected to have a minimum score in each of these subjects to the extent of 50%- Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and English. However, SC and ST candidates are given a relaxation of 40% marks in these subjects individually as well as on an average basis.
- The age of the candidate shall be between 17 years to 21 years as on the date of registration for this examination. However, SC and ST candidates are given relaxation to 22 years on the higher end.
- Physical and Mental strength is expected from the candidate
- The candidate must possess a good and moral character.

- Interested candidates are required to apply by filling up the application form which is available on the official website.
- However, it is advisable for the applicants to make sure that all the necessary documents and certificates which may be required to fill up the form correctly.
- Candidates must make sure that the right email id and phone number is given since that will be the mode of communication for any announcements and changes relating to the exam.
- Applicants must also keep their passport size photos and soft copy version of their signature to be affixed into the application form online.
Steps to Apply
- Go to the official website where the application forms are published
- Click on the link which says online application form for 2019 for the exam
- Make sure that all the guidelines related to the application form filling up process are studies carefully
- Click on the Apply option after reading the guidelines
- Fill up the application form online with the necessary details
- After filling up the form, recheck before clicking the “Submit” button
- Select the exam center or region that the candidate is preferring to write the exam
- Carefully upload all the scanned version of required certificates and documents and also ensure that the size of scanned copies is within the acceptable range
- Once all the filling part is done of the application, automatically it will take you to the payment gateway for making the payment of Rs.600/-
Assam Combines Entrance Examination Admit Card 2019
- The applicants will receive the admit cards a week before the date of examination online which can be accessed by entering the created username and password respectively.
- Candidate needs to take a print out of this admit card or hall ticket.
- Without the admit card, the candidate will not be allowed to get into the examination hall since it acts as a proof of identity of the candidate.
- If the applicant faces any issue with downloading the admit card, he/she can contact the officials directly and get it resolved.

Assam Combines Entrance Examination Pattern 2019
- The entire exam paper will be divided into 3 different sections namely- Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
- Each section is included with 40 marks respectively.
- A correct answer will award the student with 4 marks and the wrong answer will lead to the negative marking of 1 mark each
- Students are allowed to write the exam either in English or Assamese
