DEI was declared a Registered Body in 1973, which integrated and brought under one umbrella all the educational institutes of Dayalbagh. On May 16th, 1981, the Government of India declared the DEI, Agra, comprising of the DEI women’s Training College, REI Degree College, Dayalbagh as a Deemed University under Section 3 of the UGC Act. Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) Application Procedure
The applicants can either fill the form online on https://www.dei.ac.in/dei or collect the form from the Help Desk at the Institute. The applicants have to fill the details and select courses (even multiple courses can be selected). The application fees can be paid through online banking, credit and debit cards through SBI Collect. The fees can also be paid through SBI challan.
The application fees is different for different courses and has been listed below
- UG. PG and M. Voc. courses: Rs. 230/- per course
- B.Voc., B.F.A., B.Arch, B.Tech and B.Ed.: Rs. 270/- per course

Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) Admit Card
The admit cards for the written exam will be available for download on the official website only. Candidates should note that it is mandatory to carry the admit card to the exam centre. The admit cards won’t be posted to anyone, even if the application was submitted offline. The candidates are advised to cross verify every detail printed on the admit card, once they download it.
Dayalbagh Educational Institute (DEI) Result and Counselling
After the written examination, the candidates will be called for counselling, which will consist of a personal interview and the final selection on the basis of Merit, as well as performance in the PI. Different lists will be published for different courses.
