There are three stages of eligibility criteria for IBPS RRB officer scale I, II, and III and office assistant 2019 as follows

Nationality: The candidate must be either a citizen of India or a subject of Bhutan or a subject of Nepal or a Tibetian refugee who came to Indian soil before 1st January 1961. Note:
- Candidates have passed degree on or before 4th July 2019
- The percentage should be calculated by dividing the total marks obtained in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s) by maximum marks in all the subjects (irrespective of the honors/optional/additional optional subject, if any) and multiplying by 100.
- The fraction of percentage will be ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60% and 54.99% will be treated as less than 55%.
