Age Limit: Candidate has to be a minimum of 21 years as on 1st March 2019 and a maximum of 30 years as on 2nd March 1989.

Educational Qualification: The qualification required for 5 division of AAO post are as follows;
- Generalist: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a known Indian University/Institution.
- IT: Graduation degree in Engineering in Computer Science, IT or Electronics, or an MCA, or an MSC(Computer Science) from a known Indian University/Institution.
- Chartered Accountant: Bachelor’s Degree from a verified Indian University/Institution and should have passed Final Exam of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and fulfillment of Articles as sponsored by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. The applicant should be an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Candidates should provide their membership number, which will be verified with Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
- Actuarial: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a known Indian University/Institution and should have passed paper CT1 and CT5 plus 4 or more other papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. (Total 6 or more papers) as on the date of eligibility i.e. 1st March 2019. Candidates should provide their membership number and the same will be verified with Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.
- Rajbhasha: Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level.

Or
Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s degree level.
How To Apply for LIC AAO 2019 Exam?
The application process for LIC Assistant Administrative Officer is of three steps:
- Registration
- Payment of Fees
- Upload of Scan copy of documents
Candidates are required to apply between 2nd March to 22nd March 2019. After the last date, no application will be accepted by any means or mode. Let us now check the complete steps to apply for the exam

- Click on the ‘Careers’ to open the link “ Recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer 2019”
- Now, click on “Click here for New Registration”.
- Enter the details such as your name, contact number and email id.
- A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated via email or SMS.
- Now login with your credentials and fill the application form carefully, before the final submission.
- The Name of the candidate or his /her Father/ Husband etc. should be spelled correctly in the application as it appears in the Certificates/ Mark sheets/Identity proof. Any change/alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
- Validate your details and Save your application by clicking the ‘Validate your details’ and ‘Save & Next’ button.
- Now, proceed to the next page to upload the scan copy of the photo and signature.
- Preview the details and click on Final submit button.
- Click on ‘Payment’ Tab and proceed for payment.

LIC AAO 2019 Admit Card
After the candidate has submitted the online application form for LIC AAO 2019, they can download the LIC AAO Hall Ticket for the prelim exam from the official website. The admit card will be available from 22nd April to 30th April. Candidates have to mention their login credentials before downloading the admit card.
For Mains, the admit card availability will be informed to the candidate in the official, who has passed the prelim exams.
LIC AAO 2019 Result
The LIC AAO Result will be declared for prelims after the conduct of the exam. Whoever candidate has passed the exam, will be eligible for the Main exam. And after the conduct of the main exam, the results will be declared on the official website. The date for the interview will be announced by the organization later then.

LIC AAO Salary
LIC AAO receives a basic pay of Rs 32,795 per month. There is an annual increment of Rs 1,610 for the next 14 years. Basic Pay after 14 years will be Rs 55,335. In addition to the Basic Pay, there are other allowances which are calculated as a percentage of the Basic Pay based on the location of posting. The total LIC AAO Salary is the sum of the Basic Pay and these allowances.
