National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) was set up in the year 1982 by Govt. of India. Initially, the Council was set up in the name of National Board of Studies in Food Management, Catering and Nutrition under the administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture (Deptt. Of Food) and subsequently it was transferred to Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India in the year 1984 with renaming as National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology.

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Admit Cards
- The admit cards are available for download on the official website https://ntanchm.nic.in/ntanchmcms/public/home.aspx
- The candidates have to carry the admit cards to the test centers mandatorily. They also have to carry an additional photo identification card, either one of the following
- Driving license
- Voter ID
- PAN card
- Aadhar Card or any other govt. ID
NCHMCT JEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates have to fulfill the following criteria to appear for NCHMCT JEE 2019.
- The candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should not be older than 22 years, and the SC/ST candidates should not be older than 25 years.
- The candidates should have cleared 10+2 examination with English as the mandatory subject.
- Candidates waiting for the results of 10+2 examination are also allowed to apply

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Application Procedure
- The application procedure for NCHMCT JEE is online only.
- The form can be filled on the official website https://ntanchm.nic.in/NTANCHM/Root/Home.aspx.
- The candidates are required to register with their mobile numbers and email IDs to generate login credentials.
- The form can be filled using those credentials.
- The application fee is Rs. 800/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST, PWD, and Transgender candidates.

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Result and Counselling
The results of NCHMCT JEE will be announced on May 15, 2019. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the scores in the entrance exams. The counseling schedule will be updated soon. there are no counseling fees per se but the seat acceptance fee of Rs. 40000 will be applicable. The higher scores in English will serve as the tiebreaker here. After that, the marks in service aptitude will serve as the deciding factor.
