RRB JE Result 2019 | Check Railway Junior Engineer CBT 1 Merit List

RRB JE Results 2019: The railway recruitment board (RRB), a part of Indian Railways, Government of India, conducted the computer-based test (CBT-1) on 22nd May to recruit Junior Engineers. The board has announced over 14,000 vacancies. To get this coveted position, you need to clear the RRB JE CBT-1 exam.

Once you clear this exam by scoring more marks than the cut-off marks, you will go through a medical examination. Then, you will have to submit all the necessary documents. Once the medical exam is cleared and the documents are verified, you will get an appointment letter.

11th August 2019: It has more than two weeks since the release of RRB JE Answer Key. Though the officials are yet to release the RRB JE Result or RRB JE Result Dates. According to various other news websites, the RRB JE Result for CBT 1 exam which was held from 22nd August to 2nd June is to be released by this week.

8th August 2019: The officials are expected to release the Railway Junior Engineer Results by this week. Those candidates who have appeared for RRB JE exam can visit the official website to check their RRB Junior Engineer CBT 1 results.

7th August 2019 [9:34]:  Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will announce the results of the Junior Engineer Exam soon. Though RRB JE Result dates have not been announced, it is expected that the results will be declared by the end of this week or early next week.

7th August 2019: According to various news reports, the officials are expected to release the RRB JE Result today (7th August) any time soon at the official website of rrbcdg.gov.in. Aspirants who are eagerly waiting for RRB JE Result can visit the official website in order to check their Merit List.

4th August 2019: According to NDTV, one of the Senior Officer of Railway Recruitment Board told to NDTV that the Railway RRB Junior Engineer CBT 1 Results for Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant Recruitment Examination will be released on 7th August 2019 (Wednesday).

1st August 2019: The results for the 1st Stage-CBT are under finalization and list of candidates shortlisted for 2nd Stage-CBT will be published shortly. The officials are expected to schedule 2nd Stage-CBT during last week of August / first week of September 2019.

5. Download your RRB JE results 2019 and save it for future reference.

RRB JE Selection Procedure

The RRB JE selection procedure includes 3 stages. Candidates who are qualified in all these stages will get selected as Junior Engineer in Indian Railways. The three stages of RRB JE selection are listed below:

1. Computer-Based Written Test (CBT)
2. Personal Interview & Document Verification
3. Medical Examination

The RRB JE Result will be separately declared for each stage.

RRB JE CBT – 1 2019

It is a multiple choice screening test. Once you clear this, you will move on to CBT-2. The results of the same will be displayed as a merit list.

RRB JE CBT – 2 2019

This is also a multiple-choice test. The candidates who cleared CBT-1 can appear for this test. Once you clear this, you will have to appear for document verification.

Both the exams are for 150 marks each. Every correct answer is awarded 1 mark, and a wrong answer has a negative marking of ⅓ marks.

RRB JE Document Verification/ Personal Interview

Along with document verification, a personal interview will be taken. Make sure to carry the following documents with you:

5. Income Certificate for Waiving Examination Fee
