Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas Class XI Admission – Eligibility Criteria
Candidates, who have passed Class IX in the year 2015 and Class X in the year 2019 from Delhi Government /Government Aided / NDMC/ Delhi Cantonment Board Schools located in GNCT of Delhi are selected for registration for Entrance/Screening Test getting admission to Class-XI in RPVVs.
Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas Class XI Admission – Eligibility Criteria for Registration
Registration will be started in any RPVV for outstation students only if there are seats available after admitting all the qualified students of its own RPVV precisely according to the Merit/criteria fixed by the Directorate or Education. Candidates who have studied consistently for at least TWO years in Delhi Government / Government Aided/MCD DMC/Delhi Cantonment Board Schools located in GNCT of Delhi before the class to which admission is sought with at least 60% marks are qualified for Registration for Entrance Test.
Eligibility For science Stream
Minimum Grades {without (*) asterisk Mark} needed for registration for entrance/screening test.
- Math – B 1 (Without (*) Asterisk)
- Science – B 1 (Without (*) Asterisk)
- English – B 2 (Without (*) Asterisk)
- Remaining Two Subjects (Other than additional subject) – C 2 (Without (*) Asterisk)
The following Criteria will be observed for selection and admission
The selection will be made as per the below mention criteria if more than one student is eligible for admission in Science Stream for the last vacant seat
- Skilled students with higher grades in Mathematics. Science and English will get higher ranking in the Merit List and admission will be provided depending on Merit. For example, a student with A1 grade each in Mathematics. Science and English will get the highest ranking in the Merit List.
- The draw will be arranged in case of a tie in spite of the above exercise.
Eligibility for Commerce Stream
Minimum Grades {without (*) asterisk Mark} required for registration for entrance/screening test.
- Math – B 2 (Without (*) Asterisk)
- Social Science – B 2 (Without (*) Asterisk)
- English – C 1 (Without (*) Asterisk)
- Other Two Subjects (Other than additional subject) – C 2 (Without (*) Asterisk)
Eligibility for Arts Stream
- Minimum Grades {without (*) asterisk Mark} needed for registration for the entrance test.
- C 1 Grade (Without (*) Asterisk) in each of the five subjects (Excluding additional subject).
Conditions for this eligibility
- Economics Subject will be provided to only those students who have got at least 6 CGPA in his/her Class-X Exam.
- Mathematics Subject will be provided to only those students who have got at least C-I Grade (Without (*) Asterisk) in Mathematics in his/her Class-X Exam.

Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas Class XI Admission – Processing Fee for Entrance / Screening Test
An amount of Rs. 25/- in Cash Non-Refundable against the processing fee for Entrances/Screening Test will be deposited by the applicant at the time of submission of Registration Form.
Rajkiya Pratibha Vikas Vidyalayas Class XI Admission Selection Process
Candidate for admission to Class-XI in RPYVs to be done based on the merit of the candidate in the Entrance Test where he/she will register.
If more than one student is qualified for admission in Arts Stream for the last vacant seat then the admission will be made according to the following merit criteria
- Qualified students with higher grades in all five subjects will get highly ranked in the Merit and admission will be provided on the basis of Merit. For instance, a student with A I grade each in all the Five Subjects (Excluding Additional Subject) will get the highest ranking in the Merit. (Grades should be without (*) asterisk Mark)
- In case of a tie, the draw will be arranged
